Belmar Housing Authority

Mission Statement: The Housing Authority of the Borough of Belmar was established with the goal of providing housing opportunities for low income seniors and individuals with disabilities.  Our main goal is to ensure a safe, decent and affordable housing to our residents.

Belmar has a senior and handicapped residence facility, with 50 apartments, located on 8th. Avenue. Our waiting list is currently closed.
